岗位职责
Reporting directly to the Vice President Logistics, the successful incumbent will resume responsibility of the HR and admin of our subsidiary in China.You will manage and perform function and activities pertaining to Employment, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development and general administration in the full HR spectrum.
相关经验、技能要求
To qualify, you should possess a recognized Degree in HR/Business Admin with at least 7 years of relevant experience in a MNC environment. Well-versed with the local employment legislation and practices. Proven leadership, *****anizational and effective *****munication skills (both spoken and written English) are important pre-requisites.
